About Our Beef

Our beef is raised here in North Texas, directly by us, on our pasture. The cattle are 100% grass-fed, raised with care, and provided with excellent nutrition throughout their lives.

We do not use hormones, antibiotics, or confinement. The animals are handled calmly and respectfully, which results in healthier cattle and better-quality beef.

Our beef is processed by skilled local professionals we trust, who carefully cut and dry-age each order for excellent flavor and quality.

How to Order Our Longhorn Beef

Ordering is simple, and there is no minimum purchase required. Choose exactly what you’d like, whether it’s one pound of ground beef, a single steak, or a larger order for your freezer.

We gladly accept cash, card, check, and Zelle. Whatever is easiest for you works for us.

All of our beef comes from longhorns that are pasture-raised with care and dry-aged for tenderness and rich flavor. We are proud to share the same beef we lovingly raise and feed our own family.

These were smoked (using pecan) for about 40 minutes, then seared on a 700°F grill for a perfect finish. The flavor was incredible!

Smoked for 40 minutes and then seared. Not as rich as the ribeyes, but exactly what you want from a good sirloin: bold, lean, and satisfying.

Meet Blue Magnum

Blue Magnum is one of our favorite cows. She’s calm, gentle, and a great example of the good temperament we value in our herd. Her calves inherit her good nature and grow into cattle with a strong, solid build.

She always enjoys a good visit—especially if it involves a scratch.
